Recruitment: Full time HGV Driver required

We have an opening for a full time HGV driver for immediate start.


Requirements:

  • C + E (up to 6 points)
  • Held licence for min. 2 years
  • Valid Driver Qualification Card + Driver Card


About the Role:

  • Based at our Cumnock Depot, KA18 1SH
  • 4-5 day working week (flexibility, overtime available)
  • Work pattern to include weekends i.e. start day would be either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
  • Weekends off every ... weeks (to be discussed)
  • Could entail overnights (allowance paid)
  • You will be transporting aggregates, agricultural products and energy products
  • Full uniform PPE supplied
  • Ongoing DCPC and MPQC paid for


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily vehicle condition reports and defect books
  • Complete all relevant paperwork with the customer
  • Report any accidents/incidents without delay
  • Good time keeping
